All service users need to go through the following steps to be considered for accommodation.
You need to speak to or visit your chosen referral agency (scroll down for list). They will complete our referral document (download here) with you which will be forwarded to us.
We will check the referral and let your referral agency know if you are not eligible. If you are eligible you move to step three.
An interview will be arranged for you at our offices. You will need to bring two forms of ID to the interview. If your interview is unsuccessful, accommodation will not be offered and you will be informed.
Subject to a successful interview and there being a vacancy, you will be offered a room. If no room is available then you will be placed on a waiting list for up to three months.
